Marker 37 is excited to announce our New Executive Chef, Jacob Sorbo. Chef Jacob would like to tell you a little about himself:

"My culinary approach is deeply personal, with every dish reflecting both my own story and the traditions of my family. I was honored to be recognized with Best Tavern in Connecticut and to compete in the prestigious S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition. Having trained in Italy and France, I bring a refined, globally influenced perspective to my work and have extensive experience training staff. I often offer my time and expertise pro bono out of a genuine passion for the industry. I am committed to working with seasonal ingredients and sourcing directly from farms and docks whenever possible."
