Two people are dead after an apparent murder-suicide Monday afternoon at the Elko Regional Airport in Nevada. 

Police say the suspect shot a boy in the airport bathroom, then took his own life near the check-in area. 

The child was taken to the hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
