Once you are stable enough to start rebuilding, start with the smallest possible system. Not a complete overhaul. One thing. An email template for enquiries so you are not writing from scratch every time you have nothing left. A contract you copy and paste rather than negotiate from a blank page. A single recurring post scheduled in advance for the week ahead. One thing that runs without you. Then the next one.
