“Howdy! I'm Oscar! I'm 21 years old and from Houston, Texas. I marched with Violet Crown Independent in 2018 & 2019, the Madison Scouts in 2019, Monarch Independent in 2020 & 2021, and contracted with the Mandarins in 2020 (RIP). This is my age-out season and am loving every second of it! For my life outside of the activity, I am currently majoring in Music Education at Texas State University. I enjoy making memories with my friends, listening to music, and learning new skills. Really happy to bring everyone along the Mandarins experience with Justin and Me. Let's get it rolling!"⁠⁠
