"I guess one piece of knowledge I could that I could impart would be very simple but meaningful: the ones that give up are the ones that don’t make it. “Duh” I’m sure is what you’re thinking because yeah it sounds obvious, but truly in this activity if you keep practicing, if you keep showing up to auditions, putting yourself out there, asking questions, making mistakes but staying positive and learning from them, then you’ll make it. There is a certain level of “right place  right time” associated with auditions, so yeah there is some randomness to the whole process but that’s how it is with literally everything else in life. Keep pushing, no matter what the outcome I guarantee you it will be worth it in ways you won’t even see or understand until years down the road. "⁠
