The message I needed to hear...

Last year I changed my Instagram bio to “committed to getting her spark back.” That’s how lost I felt.

I wasn’t taking care of myself. Not really. I was putting everyone else first and feeling guilty for wanting more.

So I made a few simple changes. Better habits, asking for support, letting go of guilt.

Needless to say, that tagline is long gone. This mom has her spark back 🙋🏼‍♀️
