## Caption

One of the side effects of being on tour has been a feeling of being out of control.

And because I feel out of control, I've allowed bad habits to creep back into my life to make me feel a little bit more in control. Doom scrolling, nail biting, etcetera.

This is more of a self awareness post for anybody that may need it.
