🍋 Sometimes a sandwich just hits, and this basil chicken sandwich does just that!

🥬Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Lemon Basil Chicken:
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp basil olive oil or regular olive oil wearebrightland 
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Marinate for at least 1 hour and grill on medium to high heat

Basil spread:
1/2 cup basil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 shallot
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
