The 9th Annual Broncos Fit 7k run/walk is back and will take place at Empower Field on Sunday 9/5 at 8:00 a.m. There is no better way to practice #healthyhorsepower than getting outside and moving your body. 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily is recommended and this is a great way to make it happen. The event is healthy, fun and something the whole family can take part in. There is even a Kids Fun Run! #GoBroncos⁣
