The note reads, "Thank you for your beautiful music. I play the piano myself and have since I was 6 years old, but I can't play now because I had a stroke in November and my left hand has lost its capabilities. I hope to get it back one day soon. Thank you for brightening my day and everyone's day who walks by." .
