How do we feel about Patrick Schwarzenegger being cast as Gus Everett in the film adaptation of Emily Henry’s ‘Beach Read’? 🤔

Fans are divided after the announcement today that Patrick will play the male lead in the rom-com opposite Phoebe Dynevor’s January Andrews. However, director Yulin Kuang is assuring people on Instagram that “Patrick is a slow burn” and he was the perfect Gus to match Phoebe’s January.
