Day 5 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is all about Feel-good Friday 😌 

What’s more feel-good than free ice cream? Get a free ice cream ticket voucher by participating in an interactive wellness event from 1-3pm at B.E.S.T. Hall on Busch on April 17. Celebrate the end of the week with games and music, and get a ticket that you can use for the ice cream truck (first-come, first-served for first 400 people)🍦😋 

If ice cream is not your speed, come unwind at Paint & Sip Night instead! Visit us at New Gibbons, The Yard, McCormick, or Livingston Apartments B from 6-8pm to have light discussions on mindfulness, self-expression, and the benefits of art for mental health while listening to relaxing music, painting, and drinking refreshing non-alcoholic drinks 🍹🖼️
