Day 4 of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek is the perfect recharging day! 

On April 16, come join us for a free cup of coffee ☕✨ at Bishop Beach on College Avenue from 1-3pm. Explore the support and community available through the Rutgers Alcohol & Other Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). This is a judgment-free zone where conversations can lead to connections—and maybe even transformation 🫶 

Later in the day, attend our Plants & Planning event at any campus Residence Life office from 4-6pm and come build your own terrarium, and a personalized self-care plan for finals with the support of community-based counselors.
