As a Vietnamese American, cafes have always been a big part of my culture. From enjoying Vietnamese coffee with my family to trying the latest boba tea spot with my cousins. And now I can bring my latest flavor obsession with Yuzu to you with this refreshing tasting cocktail featuring Kikori Whiskey. This vibrant matcha cocktail has the perfect balance of earthy, floral, and citrus flavors all in one sip.

We are so thrilled to be partnering with Kikori Whiskey founded by Ann Soh Woods, one of the first whiskey brands to be founded by an Asian American woman. We love supporting and highlighting brands created by a fellow AAPI entrepreneur. And what better way than showcasing her whiskey with some of our favorite Southeast Asian flavors, yuzu and matcha!

Kikori Whiskey is made from 100% rice that is barrel aged for at least three years. We love the floral and fragrant aromas the whiskey has with its velvety smooth finish on the palate. The whiskey is extremely smooth and has a perfectly balanced flavor!

🍸Matcha Yuzu Highball — yields 1 cocktail

▢ 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey 
▢ 1/2 ounce fresh Yuzu juice 
▢ 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup 
▢ 1/4 teaspoon ceremonial matcha powder 
▢ 4 ounces chilled club soda 
▢ 1 lemon wheel, for garnish
