❗️Spain Mass Regularization 2026: Document Checklist

Hello everyone, Alina here, your relocation expert.
Today I’m sharing the official document list for Spain’s mass regularization program. There are two groups — let’s break it down.

GROUP 1: Asylum Seekers
If you applied for asylum before January 1, 2026, here’s what you need:
📄 Official form EX-31 — completed and signed
📄 Full passport copy — valid or expired (both work!)Can also be: cédula de inscripción or travel document
📄 Proof you applied for asylum before January 1, 2026Any document showing you submitted your international protection request
📄 Proof of 5 months continuous residence in SpainEmpadronamiento, medical records, receipts, bank statements — anything with your name and date
📄 Criminal record certificateFrom countries where you lived in the last 5 years
📄 Fee payment receiptModel 790, code 052, section 2.3.1Cost: €38.28

GROUP 2: Undocumented Migrants
If you’re undocumented but were in Spain before January 1, 2026, here’s what you need:
📄 Official form EX-32 — completed and signed
📄 Full passport copy — valid or expired
📄 Proof of ONE of the following conditions:
Option A — Employment:
	•	Job offer (pre-contract)
	•	OR self-employment declaration (declaración responsable)
Option B — Family:
	•	School enrollment certificate for your children in Spain
	•	Joint empadronamiento (registration certificate)
	•	Birth certificates
Option C — Vulnerability:
	•	Vulnerability report from municipal social services
	•	OR from authorized NGOs (entidades colaboradoras)
📄 Criminal record certificateFrom countries where you lived in the last 5 years
📄 Fee payment receiptModel 790, code 052, section 2.3.1Cost: €38.28

Important Notes
⚠️ Both passports work — valid OR expired
⚠️ 5 months proof — any documents: empadronamiento, medical visits, receipts, contracts, bank statements
⚠️ Criminal record — if you already submitted it in another procedure, you may not need to submit again
⚠️ Deadline: June 30, 2026
