🇪🇸 Mass regularization in Spain 2026. Part 3️⃣

Now about the third group — people who didn’t apply for asylum and just lived in Spain without documents.

If this is you, here’s what matters:

→ You’ve been in Spain for at least 5 months
→ No criminal record
→ Passport (even if expired — still apply)

And then the key part:

You must prove ONE of these:
	1.	You worked before in Spain
	2.	You declare you will become self-employed (autónomo)
	3.	You have a pre-contract from an employer
	4.	You have a certificado de vulnerabilidad

The pre-contract is the “golden ticket” —
but let’s be honest, it’s not easy to get.

Because employers ask:
“Do you have a work permit?”
If not — no job offer.

So yes, it’s a bit of a loop.

But if you do have an employer —
ask for a pre-contract now.

Processing time: around 3 months.
No answer = negative (silencio negativo).
