• 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• Sparkling Rosé, to top

METHOD: Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with an edible flower. Enjoy!
