Your reminder to wear the dang 👙 

For so many years I thought I was confined to cover ups and one pieces. 

I thought I couldn’t show my arms or my legs or my stretch mark and definitely not my stomach 

I was so self conscious of what others thought and how I looked 

But I quickly realized that the feelings I had actually don’t have anything to do with my body or how I looked 

Confidence comes from within 

So yes, it takes work to get there and to feel comfortable and confident 

It’s also not linear. I have good days and bad, but I just want everyone to feel comfortable and confident in their skin, and to stop missing out on things 

So wear the dang bathing suit 
Enjoy yourself 
And forget what everyone else is thinking
