#StormyWellington is speaking out amid the news that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is taking action against the Multi-level marketing (MLM) recruiter, accusing her of using misleading income claims to recruit people into companies like Total Life Changes and Farmasi.

Stormy shared several videos addressing critics. In an open post, she wrote, “This morning we woke up to the ground shaking and the critics loud, trying to talk down and tear down what we have built! But they forgot one thing-they can’t touch what God has already given us FAVOR over!”

According to the FTC complaint, Wellington allegedly told potential recruits they could make six and even seven figures, at one point claiming she would help “1,000 families make 5–7 figures” and create “60 new millionaires in 2026.”

However, the FTC says the reality was far different. Income disclosures show that most participants made little to no money. In 2023, about 76.8% of active sellers at Total Life Changes earned nothing, while less than 1% of Farmasi participants earned six-figure incomes.

FTC officials say the case is part of their push to crack down on recruiters who allegedly mislead people looking for financial opportunities. In addition, as part of the settlement, the FTC says an order will prohibit Wellington from making deceptive earnings claims when promoting business opportunities moving forward. SWIPE ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS
