Doing things different in 2025 and on a pill regime thanks in part to cj.finley, I used to think vitamins were dumb but after being constantly sick and realizing my body is deficient in so many vitamins and minerals across the board, I am ready to jump all in and do everything it takes to push my health to greater heights.
