Hosted at Glynwood, a working farm and center for regional food and agriculture in New York’s Hudson Valley, the setting itself became an integral part of the experience — immersing participants in the very landscapes and communities their advocacy aims to support.  Here, chefs, advocates, and thought leaders are brought together, dedicated to building a more sustainable, equitable, and resilient food system.
 
Throughout the program, participants engaged in hands-on workshops, farm visits, and policy training sessions designed to empower culinary professionals to use their voices for meaningful change. From exploring the intersections of food, advocacy, and community to developing actionable strategies for impact, every moment was an opportunity to connect, learn, and lead.
 
Chef Works continues its long-standing partnership with the James Beard Foundation, supporting their Advocacy, Sustainability, and Community programs that champion progress and purpose across the culinary industry.
