What a great day at our catcher clinic in Saratoga Springs!!

These athletes spent the day learning the details of the catching position hands-on. From receiving and blocking, to footwork, leadership behind the plate, and the mindset it takes to play the toughest position on the field. One of my favorite parts of the clinic is that the girls don’t just listen… they get to learn directly from me, ask questions, and even compete against me during drills.

We also spent time talking about the mental side of the game: confidence, preparation, handling pressure, and what it really takes to compete at the next level. Those conversations are just as important as the reps.

Watching these catchers challenge themselves, support each other, and bring so much energy to every drill was awesome. The future of the game is in great hands.
