Pass-ball Challenge! Do you think you could keep these in front of you?? One of my favorite competitions to do at the end of camp days. 🥇💪🏼
Coach Gasso used to stand on the mound at hit the ball as hard as she could at me behind the plate, which is probably a reason I had very few pass balls over 5 years. 
As a coach, incorporating things I’ve learned during college, USA, and pro ball are SO important to growing the game!!!
