My life changed when I realised I have every zodiac sign in my chart.

The sign I “hated” was often the energy I hadn’t fully integrated within myself.

It’s not random. It’s relational.

So how do you actually work with this?

Start by finding that sign in your chart:

Look at what planets you have in that sign
and also what house it rules (the house that starts with that sign on the cusp)

Because that tells you where and how that energy wants to be expressed in your life.

For example:

If you can’t stand a certain sign…
and your Mars is in that sign

You might struggle to give yourself permission to embody your Mars energy in a healthy way.

Things like:
assertion
anger
desire
drive

So when you see that signs energy in someone else, it can feel triggering, excessive, or “too much” because it reflects something you’ve learned to suppress or feel shame around.

Especially when it’s someone else sun sign, they not only openly embrace that energy, they shine when they do. That can be really uncomfortable when your survival mechanisms are built around hiding that part of you.

But it’s yours too.

And integration looks like slowly building a safe relationship with that energy:

Letting yourself want things
Setting boundaries
Expressing anger without guilt
Taking up space

Not all at once. But consciously.

If you’re struggling to express that energy freely, the part of your life that relates to the house it rules may always feel a little blocked or inauthentic.

If that sign doesn’t have any planets in your chart, or doesn’t rule a house, it doesn’t mean you don’t have it in you.

It just might be less obvious to you.
Less conscious.
Harder to access without activation.
Something you access through other people, or external experiences.

But it’s still part of your psyche.

Nothing in your chart is ‘wrong’.
Nothing is there to be rejected.

To me astrology has been a cheat code to self understanding, archetypal work and integration.
