I was stuck in a start again / stop again loop for years…

bouncing between extreme, rigid routines
and then swinging all the way back to feeling like a complete mess and failure.

I’m passionate about wellness and self-improvement.
I love the clean girly vibe, the aesthetic, the routines…

but deep down I’ll always be a little bit of a feral ADHD rat girl.

So if you’re stuck in that loop…
maybe it’s not because there’s something “wrong” with you.

Maybe you just keep applying the wrong approach for you.

Wellness habits are like tools.

If you’re trying to hang a painting and reach for a chainsaw… I’m not saying you can’t make it work, but there’s probably a better way.

What if instead of shaming yourself for not sticking to routines, you got curious?

Why is this hard for me?
What would actually make this easier?

Not more discipline.
More support.

Things like:

Laying things out the night before
Setting alarms
Giving yourself flexible windows instead of rigid ones

And when you forget…
just do it when you remember.

Not everything needs to be reset and “I’ll start again tomorrow” because it wasn’t perfect.

Start small. Build slowly.

Add positive habits before trying to strip everything back.
Think in lifestyle shifts, not restrictions.

If you can’t see yourself sustaining it long term, it’s probably not the right approach for you.

Messy girl wellness isn’t about doing it perfectly.

It’s about not living in that constant cycle of
“why can’t I just stick to anything”
and quietly feeling like you’re the problem.

You’re not.

You just haven’t been shown a way that actually works for you yet ✨
