This may not mean much to you but I want to share how proud I am of my 9 yo son. He and I made a deal. From that, he made a commitment to “win the day”. Every day for the last 9 weeks he did his 5 DAILY TASKS. Push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, squats. He was able to substitute bike riding for legs and a couple variations of abs. He completed the mission!!! #prouddad
