## Caption

Cranberry Township EMS estimates it won’t receive any payment for around 13% of calls each month. Superior Ambulance Service west of Harrisville averages between 92 and 100 calls it does not receive payment for each month. 
Low insurance reimbursement rates, non-payment and transport refusals plague ambulance services that already operate on thin margins.
