This video shows groups of youths mainly Black can be seen violently attacking a vehicle as it tries to flee Lots of Youths seen blowing balloons also known as Nitrous Oxide. 

In the past 2 weeks we have seen an increase of these types of videos, murders and lots of questions being asked on why this is happening and what are the solutions? 

I’m sorry I don’t think Late Night Youth Centres are going to fix this where are the parents? sadiq
