Thank you pinkpilatesx for hosting my very first CHYLATES Pilates Party 💪🏾✨

I consider myself fit and strong 💪🏽 I’m always in the gym lifting heavy and doing calisthenics but I’ve got a whole new respect for the women doing Pilates… especially REFORMER PILATES 🧘🏾‍♂️ 😅

You really work muscles you didn’t even know existed! 😰

Big thank you ❤️ to everyone who came through the energy was amazing, we had real fun, and created some 🔥 content. I can’t wait for you all to see it mischiefmanaged.media

I’m officially on my Reformer Pilates journey thanks to pinkbikert pinkpilatesx she’s opening her second Pilates studio in under a year 👏🏾 and trust me… You want to be there for the launch.🚀

If you Missed yesterday? Don’t worry it was Easter 🐣 Sunday / Bank Holiday, we get it 😉 But just know… #CHYLATES is REAL and you DO NOT want to miss the next class.

Who’s joining me for the next one? 👀 Sign up now & be part of the movement #reformerpilates #reformerstudio #pilates #pilateslife
