Summer doesn’t start until an Aperol Spritz is in our hand. 🍊

Frozen Mango Aperol Spritz:
-1 cup frozen mango
-3 oz. Aperol
-2 oz. orange juice
-2 oz. prosecco
-handful of ice
-sliced orange and mango for garnish

Hot Honey Aperol Spritz:
- 2 oz. Aperol
- .75 oz. orange mango juice
- .5 oz. Mike’s Hot Honey simple syrup
- 3 oz. prosecco
- 1 oz. blood orange seltzer

Hot Honey Simple Syrup:
1. Bring 2 tbs. hot honey and 1/4 cup of water to a boil while stirring.
2. Once boiling, remove from heat then allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken

Cherry Aperol Spritz:
- juice of 7-8 cherries crushed and strain
- 2 oz. Aperol
- 3 oz. prosecco
- 1 oz. club soda
- cherry to garnish

Frozen Strawberry Aperol Spritz:
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-3 oz. Aperol
-1 oz. orange juice
-2 oz. prosecco
-handful of ice

Open Can Aranciata Aperol Spritz:
-1 can San Pellegrino Aranciata
-2 oz. Aperol
-1.5 oz. orange juice
-3.5 oz. prosecco
-San Pellegrino Aranciata for topping off
