Bread:

¾ cup (175 ml) water
½ cup (125 ml) whole milk
9g instant yeast
3 cups (440g) bread flour
1.5 tsp (8g) fine sea salt
1 Tbsp (21g) granulated sugar
3 Tbsp (42g) unsalted butter, softened

For the sandwich: American Cheese!

Tomato Soup:

9 tomatoes on the vine
1 onion (half roasted,
half sautéed)
1 head of garlic 
paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil
basil leaves
heavy cream
vegetable stock
