Cooking the Comments | Arancini 🍅 

Ingredients:

1 onion
2 carrots
2 celery sticks
500g mince (i did beef)
700g tomato passata + some water 
peas (3-4oz)
salt and pepper

Risotto:

2 cups arborio rice
1 box chicken stock
3/4 stick of butter
lots of cheese 
salt and pepper

Dredge:

Flour, Egg, Breadcrumbs

Fry in Avocado Oil at 375 for 2-3min
