Here we were ensuring that tooth dimensions were kept and as the natural teeth were wide with a increased overjet - wanted to get away with the prominent look on her centrals

↳ Internal staining between centrals (brushed in by ceramicist) 
↳ Translucencies accentuated to minimise any blocky or tall affect on teeth
