This case was performed with 350 cc round implants placed over the muscle (subglandular).

At 3 weeks, healing is still ongoing—some swelling, firmness, and mild asymmetry can be completely normal. Over the next months, the implants continue to settle, the tissues relax, and the result often becomes softer and more natural with time.
