Sometimes the best coffee comes with a little chaos.

Went to a new spot on Ventura in Studio City called Yala Coffee and caught this moment while they were making a Turkish-style coffee in the hot sand setup. The sweet cream ran out, got refilled, and when they poured it… it splashed everywhere. Total mess.

What stood out wasn’t the spill — it was how cool and professional they were about it. No stress, no attitude. Just wiped it down, reset, and made the most perfect cup like it never happened.

Respect to places that keep it smooth under pressure.
And the coffee? Legit.
