Recently did a #FOIA request to see if there were any #911 calls about me doing chalk when #LongviewTx #confederates erased the MartinLutherKing IHaveADream speech I was writing in chalk…turns out after Dan Mercer and his buddies failed to get a rise out of me he called the police saying I was doing chalk to start a riot.

He calls me a bum and acts like he doesn’t know who I am…but I worked for the guy for almost a year and he purchased multiple original art pieces from me…one day he showed me his art…It was…shall we say…risqué and kinda caught me out of the blue.

The officer who spoke to us didn’t have his body cam on which is weird because “Texas passed legislation (SB 158, 84th Texas Legislature) authorizing body cameras for police officers and providing grant funding to support the purchase of camera systems.” And if the officer is responding to a call…well, they’re supposed to have their body cam on.

I’m wondering if the reason so many prominent Longview people have chosen silence even after I spoke at city hall.

The same city that wrongfully arrested me for sidewalk chalk and gave me a cavity search before locking me up 18 hours allowed a group of confederates to harass me…when they get a call like this suggesting 1 guy with chalk is going to start a riot writing MLK’s words mere days after MLK day…come on now…
