Nancy is 95 years old. She rides her bicycle every day to yoga. I met Nancy during this last snow storm in Manhattan. She was shoveling alone… she said “NO ! I don’t NEED help. - But if you want to help, sure!” Hahaha. Two hours later …. We talked and laughed. I actually FaceTimed my mother to say” look Mom, this Nancy still rides her bicycle.” They chatted.  It was a good snow day for all.
