(Español mas abajo 🇺🇾) Here´s some pictures I captured AND i actually liked from similarkind ´s show at The Sultan Room. Overall I need to keep improving in my photography skills, but this was a great way to test my current abilities handling the low light situation with a f4 zoom lens and  nothing else.

It took me a while to figure out the best settings for low light on the Nikon Z6 with its Kit Lens but I found out very quickly that ISO needs to be around 10k or so to produce good results. But having such a high f stop (as oppose to a 2.8 or even a 1.8) really hurt the quality on most of them. Moral of the story: choose wisely your lenses before going to shoot video/pictures in low light venues or closed low light environments!

Estas son algunas de las fotos que saque Y que tambien me gustaron del ultimo show de  similarkind en The Sultan Room. En general, tengo que seguir mejorando el tema de la fotografia, y aunque tengo un largo camino por delante todavia, esta fue la mejor ocasion para ver hasta donde llegan mis habilidades fotograficas con un lente estandar (o kit lens, de esos que vienen con la camara cuando la compras).

Me llevo un tiempo tratar de encontrar los mejores ajustes para un ambiente con tan poca luz con la Nikon Z6 y el lente que tenia. De todas maneras, creo que lo que aprendi rapido fue que con esta camara y el lente que tenia (un lente 24-55mm f4) el ISO tenia que estar alrededor de los 10.000 para tener resultados aceptables. El hecho de que el lente sea f4 (y no uno con f2.8 o f1.8) dificulto mucho sacar las fotos, y tuve que descartar muchas porque la calidad la verdad no era optima. En resumen: elijan bien los lentes que van a usar para grabar video o sacar fotos en lugares cerrados con poca luz!
