If your house is still full of half-eaten eggs and chocolate bunnies, this is your sign to turn them into something a little more exciting…

These banana bread chocolate muffins are soft, simple, and perfect for little hands to help with.

All you need:
🍌 2/3 ripe bananas
🧈 100g melted butter
🍯 100g light brown sugar
🥚 2 eggs
🌾 200g self-raising flour
✨1tsp baking powder 
🍫 A handful or several handfuls of leftover Easter chocolate

Mix, bake, and enjoy something that lasts longer than one quick chocolate snack.

Bake for 18-22mins at 180c ❤️

Save this for a slow afternoon bake or a little kitchen moment together. Also perfect for packed lunch boxes.
