Tom Collins Recipe

Bold, fresh, and a little rock ’n’ roll 🎶

Jimi and Drinks riffs on a classic Tom Collins with 1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin, 1 oz fresh lemon juice and 1 oz sage syrup. Shake it up, dirty pour into a Tom Collins glass, then top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Pineapple Soda for that vibrant tropical kick. Finish with a crisp pineapple chip.

Tropical with a little heat. Inspired by Jimi Hendrix, it’s a cocktail that hits all the right notes.🍍

Recette Tom Collins
