But that assumes demand sits there. It doesn’t always.

Today’s buyer is more global, more mobile, and often willing to pay for the view and positioning without needing the largest footprint. At the same time. Families still want space, just not necessarily at the very top.

So what happens if you flip the building?

Smaller, higher-value units where demand is strongest. Larger, more practical homes where they actually work better.

Same structure. Completely different outcome.
