## Caption

Late night work. I almost skipped the gym today after a long week, but I couldn’t do it. So, I found a new planetfitness. I was there with a dude on a crutch, & a kid in pajamas that I’m pretty sure had alcohol in a styrofoam cup. 

I often fall back on the same exercises, but I’ve been trying to bring in new things. Huge shoutout to alex_lueth who posted creative kettle bell rotations… had to supplement one. That kettle bell was not sliding on this rubber floor.
