The pensioner had written an F down as part of her number plate instead of an S when completing her car insurance papers, she's now been convicted.
 
The pensioner from York was handed a three-month conditional discharge and a a £26 victim surcharge.
 
She says it was an error, believing that she purchased a year's worth of cover for her Suzuki Splash car.
