Cadets at #USAFA completed a multi-day training exercise designed to strengthen leadership and warfighting skills for the #FutureFight.
 
Academy planners built the exercise around realistic, high-stress scenarios to develop critical thinking skills and test cadets under pressure.

“We are presenting cadets with opportunities to learn and grow. The CULEX allows them to test their training so that when they graduate, they are ready to lead on day one in any environment,” said Lt. Col. Benjamin Mackey, Division Chief, Cadet Wing Operations. 
 
The immersive training event readied cadets to lead in stressful, high-stakes environments as future leaders on Day One.
