Who’s hungry? Students brought flavor to the classroom by making Colombian empanadas in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.

✨ Dough recipe:
• 1 ½ cups precooked yellow cornmeal (masarepa)
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• ½ tbsp sazón Goya with azafrán
• ½ tsp salt
