“My parents both were diabetic. My mother died from complications from diabetes. I happened to find out that there was a clinical study for diabetes. I decided I would look into it. Of course, I’d like to see if it will help me, but I became secondary. What would it do for children, grandchildren, others and their grandchildren? I would love to see them not even have to think about diabetes.” – Preston
