Feet underneath your shoulders
DB parallel to your feet
Stand up with DB
Hinge from the hips, pushing your butt back
Extend your hips
Jump shrug pull yourself under
Receive DB in the front rack position
Extend the hips again
Punch the DB overhead

Time has been limited. Getting something in when I can.  5 min of movement is better than none.
