🔥 Ford just dropped a 6:40.835 Nürburgring lap with the Mustang GTD Competition, and it is not just about the time, it is about how they got there.

The GTD is powered by a supercharged 5.2L V8 pushing over 800 horsepower, built to deliver consistent track performance, while the Corvette ZR1X leans into a twin turbo V8 setup with a very different power delivery and character.

That difference shows up on track, where the GTD’s balance, aero, and high-revving supercharged response seem to edge out the ZR1X in a full lap attack.
