Not-So-Sweet Ending to Store Thefts

A Santa Clarita man with a reported pattern of stealing Ninja ice cream and soft-serve machines from a local store over the past four months has been arrested.

Each machine was valued at over $300.

Through a coordinated effort involving detectives, store loss prevention, patrol deputies, and Crime Impact Team (CIT) deputies, the suspect was identified and located.

He was taken into custody this morning on grand theft charges and was also found to have two outstanding warrants.
