Started 2025 at 172 lbs and committed to a full bulk, pushing all the way to 206, the most weight I’ve ever carried. Truth is, getting past 180 was always a battle, so the idea of cutting and risking those gains had me hesitant.

cezarbononi_ had my back. I trusted the process.

Every step was mapped out: meals, training, constant communication. All I had to do was show up and execute.

4 months later…

Now sitting at 189 lbs, I’ve never been more shredded, and appear bigger than I did at 206.
